Vacation has started

Oct. 15th, 2006 06:45 pmSo, one of my co-workers (one of the few competent ones) saw "Grudge 2" Friday night. Now, the first movie wasn't bad, for an American bastardization of a Japanese flick (wait, am I thinking of the right movie? I know "The Ring" was like that. Was it both? Hrm.) Anyway, he saw the sequel.
So, I asked him how it was.
"You know that South Park episode where Stan and Kyle see 'Passion of the Christ', and they spend the rest of the episode trying to get their money back from Mel Gibson? That's how I felt after seeing the movie, only instead of Mel, it's Sam Raimi."
Damn. Better stick to Spider-Man movies. Incidentally, I would not be a bit surprised if Bruce Campbell ended up playing a Spider-Man villain at some point. I doubt they're ever going to use him in such a role, but he would make an awesome Mysterio.
