And the renovations continue

A month and a half ago, I mentioned that the old wings place around the corner was being converted into (apparently) a sandwich shop and ice-cream bar shop. Well, they also had a notice up for a while seeking a liquor license, so this is getting odd. Also, about a quarter of the store has been partioned off and is apparently going to be a mini-convienence store, according to the sign they had up. Of course, right now, there's no door from the outside into that cordoned off area, so that idea may have been shit-canned and it's going to be storage space.

Of course, I have to wonder how serious any of this is, as until the middle of last week, they had done next to nothing in the entire area for two and a half weeks. Oh well, at the rate they're currently going, there should be something open by the start of summer.
