Jul. 17th, 2004 04:38 amI am convinced that there is an intelligence/common sense requirement to call or come in to Kinko's between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. If you actually have intelligence or common sense, you can't come in.
Time wasted tonight:
10 minutes explaining to a customer that we don't have a single printer that will not leave a margin around the edge of the paper where no printing can go.
30 minutes dealing with a church chowderhead over a banner that still hasn't been printed because he's e-mailing the newest version of the file.
30 minutes on various phone calls of utter and complete stupidity.
And it goes on....
Update: A long distance phone call from North Carolina to make sure that the miniscule job a customer placed was only going to be $0.32 + tax! Now there's some intelligence at work!
