One of the jobs last night was burning a 696 page Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) binder to CD. Doesn't sound bad, does it?
All the pages were in page protectors. They all had to be taken out and kept in the same order. After they were scanned in, they had to be put back in the page protectors.
It gets worse.
The customer, who shall remain stupid, insisted that each individual page had to be saved as a seperate file.
696 files.
I spent the entire night working on this job. We'll have to wait and see if the customer pays the $700+ we're planning on charging.
