One of those days...
May. 4th, 2003 01:18 pmWork was "fun" again (for some odd value of fun...)
You know how some people (politicians usually), will refer to something or someone as a great force for good in the world?
Well, my customers must be a great force for stupid. As in, there must be an intelligence requirement to call Kinko's during the graveyard shift. If your intelligence is higher then the requirement, you can't call.
Plus, given that it was Sunday morning, it was time again for everyone's favorite game "Identify the customer who forgot today was Sunday!" (i.e. all the church people who waited until as close to the last minute as possible to get their church programs printed.)
And then there was the customer who we had to re-do a job for, because the person he "trusted" to place the order couldn't be bothered to place it correctly. (But, since we didn't make the mistake, he's still paying for it.)
Thankfully, I only had one computer moron call last night.
