To all the college students who think that 2 a.m. is the perfect time to start an assignment due at 8 a.m., and who furthermore are so goddamned computer illiterate that they need me to fucking hold their hand for them while they figure out which printer to send it to;

To all the businessmen who think that they need business cards immediately, no matter how long, involved, and time-consuimg the process may be;

To all the church people who conviently forget that Sunday follows Saturday every damned week;

To all the musicians, rappers, DJs, promoters and general club morons who seem to think that their $20 job should be run before (or interrupt) the $1000 job;

To all the people who can't seem to understand simple mathematical proportions as regards enlarging photographs;

To every customer who insists that they need something by 5 or 6 a.m., and when I leave at 8 a.m., they still haven't shown up;

To every last person who thinks that they deserve a discount just because they are whatever they say they are/in the store at 2 am.

Fuck off.

Most of these assholes wouldn't even pull 90% of the shit they do in Kinko's in any other business. They would never shove their way to the front of a line. They would never ask that their food at a restaurant be made before someone else who ordered first.

I have never seen so goddamned many bitchy people.... complaining about prices when I'm already cutting them a break. Complaining about the other two stores in town being closed nights, when they've been closed nights for over a fucking year now. Complaining about how their files won't open on the computers we have because we don't have every fucking 15 year old program in existence.

One of these nights, I'm just going to lock the fucking doors, tape a sign to it saying "Closed because of severe stress" and try and get some work done. Either that or I'm going to snap at a customer and explain to them, in exact detail, why they are (1) such a fucking moron, and (2) why what they want done is either impossible, more expensive then they want to spend, or otherwise NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

Hopefully the convention this weekend will take away some of the stress.

Of course, I could always ban someone from the store for life. That always seems to cheer me up.
