Idiot of the week

... goes to the "regular customer" (I've seen him in the store a lot), who can't seem to understand that (1) if the computer rental is $0.30/minute, trying to only put $5 on the pay-card and trying to get 45 minutes of work done (without saving, of course) doesn't work.

He wouldn't normally get IOTW status, but he's done this before, and compounded his stupidity by saying we were trying to rip him off, being beligerant, and then asking for a way to contact the manager. Of course, like 95% of the other assholes who threaten to call the manager, he didn't.

Of course, I let the entire management staff at the store know about this jackass....

(Runner up IOTW goes to the lady who called at 2 am and wanted someone to drive out to where she was staying to pick up a fax so we could send it for her.)

leg update

God, apparently enough, is not being the cynical bastard I have come to expect, and thus, the cane is actually being used.

Fuck.

If I was just using it for a prop, I wouldn't mind, as it's actually kind of cool looking. But I really hate the idea of a permanent problem with my left leg so that I'll be needing this cane for the rest of my life. Time to find out which doctor I should get an appointment with to get this looked at.
