If the Student Loan fuckwits would actually update my online statement... especially considering that they have already processed the payment.
I paid it a couple days ago, and I've gotten at least two e-mails since then saying I have a "new" statement. But it's the same old statement, saying I still owe them the same amount that I already paid them.
