[cam shit] The Code of Conduct
Again, note, the Camarilla Code of Conduct does not apply to this journal.
I don't like the Code of Conduct. Yes, it does do some good. But in some cases, it hinders communication. Because while polite discourse is more likely to get a better and faster response, sometimes a situation calls for the verbal equivalent of a pimpslap and yelling "What in the name of Jim J. Motherfucker were you thinking?!"
I don't espouse violence (much) and never against any Camarilla member, but it seems to me that just occassionally, verbal outrage and profuse swearing would get the point across faster then "I see your point, however I don't agree with it."
Meh, just my opinion.

Whether it was the intention or not...
With the way White Wolf seems to be acting, combined with the Cam's failure to use the reboot for an organisational and philosophical restructure I think its future is fairly limited.
I'm no longer a member, or involved, but from what I can gather its shrunk to a fraction of its former size here and I wouldn't be that surprised if there was a similar effect in the US.
The Cam, as ever, had huge potential that it never lived up to. Largely due to the egos of those who found themselves in charge.
