No, I haven't seen it yet, not even a bootleg copy. I did, however, see advertisements for it every ten minutes last night...

1) Kingpin is not supposed to be black. While I do like the actor (Michael Clarke Duncan) playing Kingpin, it's supposed to a fat white guy.

2) Bullseye, AFAIK, is not supposed to be Australian....

And there will probably be a completely different set of bitching about the Hulk movie....

Yes...and Daredevil is supposed to wear a bright red spandex body condom which, while a hit in the Village, will not inspire fear in criminals...

Liberties get taken to make the movie more accessable to people who don't read comics. You know, the 100,000s of thousands of people who will watch a movie but not read...

see, my problem is the same that I have with a lot of movies. They're putting one black guy in the movie, and then they make him one of the villains. In other movies, it's the sidekick, or the gratuitously unnessecary dead guy.

As for the costume, it could have been worse. I refer you to what DD costume was originally... the yellow and red one...
