Porn company sues over condom law.

Vivid Entertainment, which was joined in the lawsuit by porn stars Kayden Kross and Logan Pierce, claims the mandate is both an unconstitutional prior restraint on freedom of expression and a financial burden that studios could not bear.

Surely, they'd be buying them in bulk....

Vivid is not exactly known for its epic stance on safe sex... or healthy psychology, either.

They spend a fair wad on STD tests, and polls have showed that, by and large, people don't like condoms in porn.

After all, it's a fantasy, and who wants their fantasy ruined by those horrible (but vital) inventions?
